Emotional & Subconscious Healing
A gentle tapping-based practice for emotional release, stress relief, nervous system regulation, and working through fear, overwhelm, and recurring emotional triggers.
What this is
EFT combines mindful attention with tapping on specific acupressure points to help the body and mind process stored stress, emotion, fear, anxiety, and emotional charge.
Where talking reaches the story, tapping reaches the body — the racing heart, the tight chest, the knot that logic cannot untie. EFT gives the nervous system a gentle, structured way to release.
You may feel called to EFT if…
- Emotional overwhelm
- Anxiety or overthinking
- Stress that sits in the body
- Recurring triggers
- Panic-like emotional intensity
- Support between deeper healing sessions
