Online Sessions

Yes — spiritual healing works online. Many clients experience powerful, deeply meaningful regression and healing sessions from the comfort of their own home. What matters is not the distance; it is the space, the privacy, and the presence.

The shape of an online session

Before · During · After

Before

  • Choose a private, quiet space where you won’t be disturbed
  • Keep headphones, water, and a notebook nearby
  • Arrive a few minutes early, unhurried
  • Set a gentle intention — or simply bring your question

During

  • The session opens with conversation, exactly as it would in person
  • You are guided by voice into the relaxed, aware state the work requires
  • You remain in control and can speak, pause, or stop at any time
  • Hardeep stays with you throughout — witnessing, guiding, holding the space

After

  • Allow quiet time before returning to tasks or screens
  • Drink water; rest if your body asks for it
  • Note what surfaced — images, feelings, symbols, memories
  • Integration guidance and next steps are shared before you close

Technology, privacy, and comfort

Sessions are held over a private video call. A stable internet connection and headphones are all you need — headphones especially, for guided states. Your session is confidential, never recorded without your consent, and paced entirely by your comfort.

Online sessions are ideal if…

  • You live outside Hardeep’s city — or outside India
  • You feel safest doing deep work in your own space
  • Your schedule needs flexibility
  • You prefer the comfort of home for emotional sessions

Practical questions

Good to know

This depends on the service. Most sessions run between 60 and 120 minutes — Past Life Regression sessions sit at the longer end. Exact durations are confirmed when you book.

Prepare a quiet private space, use headphones if possible, keep water nearby, and allow some time after the session to rest and reflect.

Zen-G’s sessions are intended for spiritual growth, emotional support, and complementary healing. They are not a substitute for emergency medical, psychiatric, or clinical mental health care.
