Privacy is not a legal checkbox at Zen-G — it is part of the healing container. This page explains, plainly, how your information is treated.
What we collect
When you contact Zen-G or request a booking, we collect only what you choose to share: your name, contact details, and anything you tell us about what brings you here. Nothing more is gathered behind the scenes — no invasive tracking, no data brokering.
How it is used
Your information is used solely to respond to you, schedule and prepare your sessions, and — if you request it — send you resources or writings. It is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing.
Session confidentiality
What you share before, during, or after a session is held in strict confidence. Sessions are not recorded without your explicit consent. Testimonials are only ever published with permission, and always anonymized unless you choose otherwise.
Storage and retention
Correspondence and intake information are stored securely and retained only as long as needed to serve your healing journey. You may request deletion of your information at any time by writing to us through the contact page.
Your rights
You may ask what information we hold about you, request corrections, or request complete removal. One message is enough.
